It seems to be working very well and I have stopped taking the other Fish Oil. Physio Omega works a lot better and makes a noticeable difference.

No fishy taste and HDL cholesterol is up.

Pills are waayyy too big. I gagged and nearly threw up. I ate with a cracker to help it go down but still gagging. They need to make a half size or smaller version. Don’t know if I have the nerves to try again.

Oddly enough, I saw a video promoting Physio Omega. In the video, it said that Physio Omega had DPA, an ingredient that no other fish oil has. DPA is purported to be better at lowering cholesterol than EPA and DHA which is found in most fish oils. Having high cholesterol, I was intrigued by this, as I regularly take fish oil supplements. I decided to give it a try. So far I can’t tell a difference but I haven’t had my regular cholesterol levels checked since I started using Physio Omega a few days ago. So it hasn’t had time to really affect me yet. I will say it is a bit more expensive than the other brands, but IF the DPA does what Physio Tru claims it does, then it is absolutely worth the price. I saw the video about it elsewhere with multi bottle discounts but I decided to order from Amazon whom I trust rather than some video website. In the end, it maybe just another fish oil but I was willing to try it on the off chance that DPA might help lower my cholesterol. I gave it 5 stars because of the DPA and Amazon’s fast shipping, but time will tell if it works. I have the four bottle bundle so after I finish those I may or may not have to edit this review.
