Let down by delivery.
Haven't used the chain yet, but have had it before so expect no problems. It arrived the next day as promised. However, the courier thought it acceptable to throw the package over the gate onto the drive, taking a photo showing he had left it "in the garden". This spot is a long way from the house so not secure at all. Admittedly the gate was shut, but it was only secured with a bungee strap so not difficult to open, and we also have a second gate further along the lane.
