I’ve used this for a week and already notice less anxiety. My heart doesn’t race like before and I don’t get that stomach knot feeling anymore. It’s made a real difference for me. For energy I pair it with creatine and sometimes caffeine. Over a short period the difference isn’t huge but I do notice feeling less sleepy midday which is what I needed 😍👌🏻

My Daily ADHD-Friendly Focus Support
I've been taking L-Theanine every morning on an empty stomach, and it's been a great experience. It's very gentle on the stomach and doesn't make me feel sick at all. I’ve noticed a nice boost in the mornings, less brain fog, and better focus and concentration throughout the day. As someone with ADHD who doesn’t take prescription medication, this has been a really helpful option. It genuinely works for me, and I highly recommend it!

A Godsend for me
My husband and I have been taking these for a year already. I have anxiety, ptsd, cognitive decline and sleep issues. It helps. So I take one in the morning and one with magnesium before bed, and my sleeping has improved a great deal. Better than sleeping pills for me if i pair the two (i am not a doctor so ask yours. Just works for me). The energy boost is a huge help. I have to take them every day, if I miss one day eh that's OK but its good to stay consistent. No side effects which I love. Easy to take because its not too big and the capsules are easy to swallow. Having cptsd, anxiety and cognitive issues have always been an issue in my adult years especially after a head injury, but with taking these my thoughts are clearer and I show signs of being more focused. Again I recommend but please run it by your doctor first.
