Great pasta replacement. Price and Taste Review.
This a fantastic option for people doing keto and want to treat themselves. I've been doing keto for a couple of years and really enjoyed them. I've used this to make hamburger help and Mac and cheese to go with our brisket. I tried these out because I'm over trying to make spaghetti with zucchini and Mac and Cheese with cauliflower. PRiCE: Is this pricey, heck yeah it is, but I feel like keto gets expensive once you really get into it. I'm happy to see more and more keto alternatives become available for all foods. I think the price is a reflection of the research and development and in some cases, quality of product. So I know it's not your typical huge box of pasta for $3, but for two people using it as a side dish, we got a decent 2-3 servings from it because it's fairly filling. TASTE: I was so satisfied and happy to enjoy of my favorite comfort foods. Of course, it was minimally different, but not enough for me to be disappointed. The texture for me was great and the flavor was very close to regular pasta. I did have to cook these a little bit longer than suggested, which is fine, and I don't think that's something to complain about like in other reviews. I think they are worth testing out at least once. I will buy these again and can see my self using them a couple times a month.

Whoa!!! Low carb and fellow keto-er's you HAVE to try these!!!!! YUM!
Best low carb noodles we have EVER had. These definitely curbed my mac and cheese craving. Slightly different texture than normal pasta but not by much. Made a baked mac and cheese and it turned out fantastic. I will definitely buy these again! Keto-friendly with only 7 net carbs per 2oz serving (that is a SMALL serving btw only 1/4 cup lol)! These taste so good that I could totally sit down and munch on them until it was all gone, BUT with only 20 carbs a day... I can't really do that so these are used as a side dish to my dinner meal on the days that I have most of my carbs left to eat these yummy noodles! I use them as an added "treat" to my meal, not as a meal in it's self and I don't go over the serving size. I also only cook as much as we are going to use at the time, I do not cook the entire bag at once (we only use 4 oz at a time which is 2 servings). Yes, let's address the price... it IS pricey for the small amount you get, BUT if you only eat the 2oz serving (I'll admit it is hard to do because they are so good, but have a little self-control would ya lol) at a time so it does last longer than a one-time thing and when you can't eat normal carbohydrate pasta you'll pay a little more for some comfort food! I HIGHLY recommend these... to ANYONE! Not just fellow keto-ers!

Itsa Pasta!
Firstly,i see a lot of complaints about price.Ok,compared to a box of regular pasta from the grocery store, the price is insane! But,i eat low carb/keto and most everything in this diet costs more.here is the thing,i don't buy bread, milk, cookies, cakes, chips, pop, snacks, flour, sugar and on and on.So to eat healthier and still save on the grocery bill is a win win and the higher price is offset.Just me and my wife here,so we use a half bag for a meal and that is more than enough. So at 9 bucks a bag, using half, that comes out to $2.50 per person. This pasta cooks good, doesn't fall apart and to me has no after taste. The texture is a little different, more of a bite. One thing i haven't checked yet is my blood glucose levels after eating so no idea of the glycemic index. Also as a strict keto eater, this is probably not for you.It has some ingredients that aren't keto friendly, specifically the semolina flour,i imagine that's where the total carbs come from, then of course the fiber is added to bring down net carbs. But semolina is not a keto friendly flour, even with the fiber. I have had the macaroni.spaghetti and fettuccine noodles from this company,so far i am happy with them all.If i find they affect my blood sugar,i will have to stop eating them, maybe someone else has tested? I am happy to have pasta back in my life but i no longer gorge on it.once maybe every couple weeks.

Do not waste your money!!
I did not even get full size elbows. I cooked it anyway. It was a no. Not worth the carbs. It was crumbly when chewing. Taste was ok, but not the consistency. I usually can pass other lower carb pasta to family. NOT THIS! Throwing on the trash. Wasted money. So mad!

Wasn't expecting much... but wow!
Ok after reading the good and bad reviews I got it. I followed some advice from other reviewers and under cooked the pasta. Cooked a serving for 6 minutes in sea salted water instead of 8 minutes. pasta tends to continue to cook after you take it off the heat. After draining I added 3 slices of American cheese and a piece of mozzarella combined it and let it cook in the hot pasta until it melted. served in a bowl and added a bit of black pepper ... Well this has to be the best tasting mac and cheese I ever had! similar to regular macaroni it retained its shape fairly well! I think the cheese over powered any other flavor the pasta was giving out which to me wasn't much. but the texture was like al dente a bit firm but tender. Its the was to go with this pasta any more boiling and you get mush. No weird tastes or smells. I will be getting some more but it would have to be like a treat thing because the price is expensive. The product is from California so everything over there is becoming expensive and they pass it on to the consumer... oh well. If you like mac And cheese and are on Keto... this pasta will do my friend.

Texture is good, Taste not so much
If you grew up on whole wheet pasta, this will probably be fine for you; the taste is similar but still not as good. However, if you're someone luke me who does not like whole wheat pasta, this is just not worth it. They are expensive, my macaroni & spaghetti showed up crushed (no way to get replacements), and they just dont taste like regular pasta. I've had better, cheaper, pasta replacements.

Great low carb pasta. Don’t listen to naysayer “ketoers”. They don’t know what they talkin’ bout!
First off. For you so called “keto lifers” who claim this product isn’t keto, you’re full of hot air. There’s no such thing as an actual true “keto” product. Furthermore, they don’t try abd sell this off as a keto product. Just that it’s low in net carbs which after all, if you know anything about keto, it’s the only thing that natters. Also, if you’re not checking your blood levels with actual glucose monitor abd using ketone strips, learn how to use them! Keto e strips aren’t exact and take several hours to register how what you ate affected your ketone levels. I’ve been doing keto for a long time and know what works for me to stay in true ketosis. If you eat the proper portion of this pasta, you’ll be ok. It’s actually a fantastic alternative though it’s not mean for everyday. This us a treat yourself without cheating yourself pasta. They have all styles of pasta and so long as you’re using a keto friendly sauce, you’ll really enjoy this pasta. No, it doesn’t taste like fresh semolina pasta but, it’s as close as you’re going to get without hurting your ketosis. It’s also not cheap (for you cheapos) if you’ve don’t keto long enough you would know it’s not a cheap diet, so.... Anyone who wants to try a good tasting, low carb alternative to pasta, this is it! Make sure you don’t eat this everyday, check the net carbs in sauce and eat to suggested portion. You’ll be A-OK! Great stuff.

Good taste hate the price
Ok so I was trying to do a "Keto version" Thanksgiving this year and I wanted to practice on my main sides before the big day. Mac n cheese, dressing etc.. So when I found about these through one of the Keto FB groups I follow I was so excited.. until I saw that price! I thought I was confused and mixed up the numbers because all that money for 1 BAG OF PASTA. But I purchased it just to see if it was worth the price. So let me say, I used substitutes for the evaporated milk and used unsweetened almond milk. I cook my noodles for about 25-35 mins. They definitely take longer than normal noodles. The texture pre cooked is much more firm than your normal pasta. But I must say it actually turned out very good. I made a mistake and added butter (doing too much keto smh) and there was after of oil at the top of my mac n cheese which is why it looks like that. But the taste was Amazon. Even my husband and kids who are not keto enjoyed it. I think for the price for a big dinner or something its ok but to just buy every month, it costs too damn much. I will look for cheaper alternatives as I can't fade spending over $10 for 1 bag of mac n cheese shells. No ma'am.
