You never know what you're going to get when you buy these Chinese bike products. I've had some good experiences and I've had some bad ones. These guys crushed it! First off, it came packaged extremely well. All the sharp edges had plastic caps on them, it was triple wrapped. The finish is very nice. 95% as good as my Factory 47 bars. The welds are really good and it feels solid! Fit was perfect. This thing slides in and out of my dock with ease! The locks are a nice feature to eliminate the opportunist thief but all you need is a screw driver to remove the latches. I wish they had a better solution for that. Also my only gripe was the seat cushion screws are silver polished stainless. I painted mine gloss black to match my rider backrest. I didn't deduct a star because the screws look good just not my preferred finish. I'm 100% satisfied!

Love the sissy bar, it looks great. The only problem is that I ordered the locking sissy bar and received it without the keys. I gave this a 1 star because the keys are missing and there is no customer service contact info for the company. Amazon says I can send it back for replacement or refund. I just want the key. ***Update**** 8/4/2025 I’ve updated my review to 5 stars. The company may not have a dedicated Customer Service contact number / email, but they saw my original review and contacted me through Amazon. I’ll have to say that they were great and wanted to help me out. They sent me new latches with keys and even told me that they had gotten the notification that they had been delivered and wanted to make sure I got them. The new latches came in and when I went to take the other ones off the sissy bar, one side was on so tight that it wouldn’t turn, no matter what I tried. The screws got stripped and the sissy bar got scratched up around the screw. I messaged the company to let them know. I didn’t expect anything out of it. I just wanted to give them the heads up since they took care of me. Well, I got a message from them today saying that they’re sorry for my inconvenience and they they are putting a new sissy bar in the mail. This company’s customer service team is amazing. I’ll definitely order from them again. Btw, this sissy bar is great. It looks good and my wife loves it. She said t’s more comfortable than the one from Harley.
