Samsonite Centric Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Black, Checked-Large 28-Inch

This is a great carry-on and I bought it in the burnt orange. I have gotten some compliments and it’s done quite a bit of traveling and has held up well! The wheels are spinners. They roll smoothly and the latch/ handle have worked perfectly. Plenty of space in the inside as a carry-on . Good quality product.

Very strong fits a lot of clothes for short trip

This is our fifth Samsonite Centric piece of luggage. We also have two of the 22" Carry-ons and two of the larger 28" travel size. Owned this suitcase for little over a year and used it 4 times. Last trip handle broke off and lock no longer works. Contacted Samsonite and they told us nothing can be done. Received this pack one month ago and finally got chance to use one of the luggages one week ago. The carry on luggage is good, high quality, when I was using it nothing wrong happened. Samsonite brand is great, and this pack was sold by Amazon, not the third seller, so I don’t need to worry about anything at all. The price was good too, I bought this pack when it was on sale, saved the money. Another two luggages haven’t been used yet, but when I’m using any of them I will not hesitate to leave my feedback here again.

Bought in May. All was well when I ordered, and item came as described. However since using it twice, I am SO SO SO disappointed with a Samsonite bag. When I first used it on my trip in May / June - the zip was not as smooth as expected when I opened my bag - it gnarled; but after opening and closing the zip a few times, it "corrected' itself and I didn't think anything of it. On my recent trip just this late October, the bag zipped fine as I was packing - but upon arriving at the hotel in my destination country, the zip was completely opened. Good thing I had a luggage cover or my personal items may have been lost. I am not able to return the item. There is no Samsonite service center where I live, but a department store here said they will assist me to send it overseas to the nearest service center; but they warned me that zippers are not part of the 'warranty'? And that I may have to pay for the replacement - and they are also not sure how long it will take. What's the point of a 10 year warranty, when upon using an item twice, it is damaged. I am not able to return via Amazon, and get a refund or replacement.

Great carryon - love the color! Actually intended to buy a smaller carryon as I only need to pack for three nights but this does the job really well even though I only use a third of the capacity

The 20” carry-on suitcase is spacious and looks like it is well-made. I also love the colour. The wheels roll smoothly, and the zippers are thick.

Only one I have used was the middle size. Managed to go 6 domestic flights and the zipper blew out ( Not from overloading) Might as well buy it from a expensive boutique there at least you can bring it back to someone.

I purchased this set for my son and I feel I received a fantastic deal for such high quality luggage. I’m so pleased. It’s very masculine looking, sleek design, lightweight and very durable. I will definitely add onto this set for him.
