Extremely effective, but read and follow all directions carefully.
It works. I am a person who tries to do the environmentally right thing, but reached my tipping point when it came to the recent invasion of Asian beetles. They have been relentless. One day I was whining about this, and a friend suggested I try Tempo as it had worked for her. I read everything I could about it. It claimed to be safe, but so have other pesticides and that turned out to be not exactly the truth, so here is what I would recommend. First of all, read and follow the directions exactly. Take all precautions. The reading is easier said than done as the printing is quite small, but there are also Youtube videos which I found to be helpful. Watch a few. The container was smaller than I expected, but once it is mixed, it makes quite a bit, so the cost is worth it. This brings me to the little container attached to the side of the big container. Why would they do this? Well, after you use what is in the small container, you simply squeeze the large container and the liquid flows into the small one via an inside hose to give you an exact measurement. Kudos to whoever thought this idea up. It helps to avoid any possible spills. Anyway, per directions, I chose a warmer, sunny day with no breeze and with no imminent rain in the forecast to apply as it must have time to dry. I opted to only do the outside perimeter of the house and garage. Be mindful of plants as this spray is toxic to bees. The directions say it can be used indoors as well, but I just vacuumed up those that had managed to get into the house and disposed of them. Once the spray is dry, the directions say it's safe for all. However, I would suggest erring on the side of caution if I had kids and/or pets around. Directions also say it is very toxic for fish in aquariums. Within hours of the application, there was a noticeable reduction of Asian beetles and box elder bugs as well. Within two days, they were gone. Vanished, except for a few dead ones lying around. As far as longevity goes, I'm not sure. Right now the weather has been cooler, but we may get a few more days of warm weather before winter sets in. We'll see what happens.

Great ant killer.
very good at taking care of bugs. After the bees are done with our apple trees i spray them. seems to keep the trees happy. Also works well on yellow jackets. Just does not kill fast.

Best spider spray there is.
I have bought both the powder form and the liquid. As a landscape contractor I had one customer in the Berkeley hills living in a house that was built in 1906. The yard was huge with lots of old shrubs and trees. I was called out specifically for the spider problem. They were hanging from the trees and shrubs and webs were everywhere. I realized this was going to be an extremely creepy job so I rescheduled for another day so I could prepare properly. I came back with my 22cc gas powered 5 gallon Echo backpack sprayer with an adjustable nozzle attachment that can spray a 30 foot stream or a huge spray pattern. I use that for spraying through the vents around homes rather than getting under there where they are. I hate spiders. Anyway, I was completely covered from head to toe and with a chemical respirator I started spraying. It was the creepiest thing I have ever seen in person. Spider’s came out from everywhere and in areas 30-50 feet from where I was spraying. They were running away from me. Whatever is in this spray they smelled it and were getting the hell out of there.. For the entire time I was spraying they were running across the patio, walkway, and all over the house. 45 minutes and 10 gallons later you couldn’t find 1 spider. And that’s the Gods truth. I knew this was going to be crazy so I mixed the batch’s with 5 times the recommended dosage and it worked remarkably well. The customer was an eye doctor that my girlfriend worked for and I got a thank you call a few days afterwards telling me that him and his wife couldn’t find a single spider. Now I know I didn’t spray every square foot of that yard but I got most of it. I forgot to mention I went through another 5 gallons spraying around windows and doors on level 1 and 2, and 3 feet from the ground up on the entire house and garage to keep them from running inside. One thing I can’t stress enough is if there is any chance of the wind blowing this stuff back in your face then go with the full respirator and hoodie. If using a hand pump sprayer or a powered sprayer and spraying above your head you absolutely should be completely covered with clothing and have a good chemical respirator (3M) like I did. Once it’s dry you’re ok. There is nothing better for spiders out there. It will also kill just about any insect there is.

The product was delivered within a few short hours which was amazing. I'm well aware of using this product and it definitely works. Fortunately the bottle was in a sealed plastic bag, which prevented it from leaking all over due to a loose cap. I don't think I lost a lot of product, but it's the thought of how others could have had their skin exposed to the chemical as I did. Please be more careful with quality control and delivery.

Be your own Pest control!
THIS IS THE BEST BUG CONTROL ON THE MARKET!!! Our pest guy who doesn’t live near us told us to use this. Told us that it will help with spiders. He was right. I hate spiders and we live in the woods. Use a 2 gallon sprayer!! Don’t buy the one gallon junker.. That way you can tweak the amount you put in. My husband puts a little more than the recommended dose. Because… I HATE BuGS BUt he REALLY is SCARED TO DEATH OF SPIDERS. We live in the NW part of the state of Montana and we get these nasty little flying brown bugs and I call them stink bugs. I think everyone else calls them ASAIN bugs?!? they aren’t really little. kind of brown and they crunch and stink when you kill them. Anywho they fly all over in the summer and if you spray your house down with tempo and these stink bugs hit it it will kill them. UGH!! I hate these suckers! talk about an invasive species, OMG!! I do NOT LIKE BUG SPRAY. I don’t let my husband use this stuff until after the end of June. It will kill all the bugs. Including your pollinators.

No more ants.
I’ve used tempo for years and it works great for ants and being from where we have winters I don’t think I have ever had to use it a second time during 1 season. I go around the entire foundation of our house and they disappear
