I made muffins in my air fryer with this. Slathered with a delicious sweet cream butter, they are, for me, something I will need to make now and again. Just being able to bite into a muffin or bread made with this product was a treat for my mouth because other than something like that I only eat steak. So just the different texture is worth it. The muffins came out light and fluffy, I was surprised because I was kind of expecting them to be heavy and dense, but that was not the case. Make no mistake though, they taste like meat, your brain thinks your eating a bran muffin, and your mouth reminds you that your eating meat. It doesn't taste bad, it is just different. For me, this will be an occasional addition to eating the Carnivore way.

This is stuff is amazing! My husband is carnivore and it has been a life saver for preparing "chocolate waffles" Literally the only thing we've tried that has an actual bread texture!! The company is AWESOME!! We have also ordered their jerky for ourselves and have given our dogs their dog treats..........EVERYBODY is very happy and had full bellies!!

I like it but the rest of the family besides me and the dogs love this. The chicken breast one is a bit more favored with everyone else. It might be a bit too salty to use as a "Breading"

I wanted to love this but the flour is just too nasty to use in any recipe that I've had so far

Perfect best meat powder I've seen Others I've tried has had little hard unbroken down Pieces but there's never any inconsistencies add it to anything Perfect for pemmican must try

I love using this for breads muffins etc. it’s pretty pricey but a little goes a long way.

Be sure you understand this contains ground innards before you order.
