I could eat this right out of the bag, but I choose instead to use it anytime I have a recipe that calls for traditional flour. I find it easier and tastier to use than pork rind crumbs, which often overpower other ingredients, so it's become a staple in meatloaf, chicken fried steak, etc. Love this product!

For those of us on carnivore diet it is a great way to bread chicken or thicken a sauce with no sugar/carbs. It is pricey, but worth it to make a sauce or gravy once in a while. I made a piccata sauce and my husband thought it was great. Used Giada's receipe and substituted this for the flour.

Makes life so much easier when you are carnivore and want something fried.

The jar was a lot smaller than I expected. It worked well in my meatloaf recipe. I only used a couple of spoonfuls. No breadcrumbs needed.

They're very good. I warm them in my microwave, add a bit of salt and enjoy them in place if potato chips. They're also good in salads in place of croutons

The concept is great, but the taste is awful. And the price is excessive! Won't buy again. Too bad though, because it's a great idea, especially for us carnivores.

We bought this for people who have gone On diets of just meat. No carbs at all! We made a loaf of the bread that was made of meat, not flour! The bread tasted good. It did not taste like meat! The color was brownish and consistency was Like bread! Now I love bread! I m still stuck in the Carbohydrate rut! But my husband is completely carnivorous He lost 25 pounds right off the bat . I lost 10 but I cheat a lot! He follows the rules!! I do not!
