Doesn't last very long
I ordered these 7 months ago for my Mom..already having to replace them. One went out and now the other one has stopped working.

They work!
I bought these for my mother who refuses to go get real hearing aids. They do help her to hear better. She keeps the volume on the lowest setting. So far she does not mind them too much. Hopefully she will continue to wear them.

Finally a good pair
I can't believe it. After trying 6 different pairs of hearing aids. I found a pair that fits good, sound good and so far haven't gone bad. There comfortable and the noise reduction button works great. I can even eat and they don't fall out. They charge up very fast and the battery last all day (on setting 2) but for the price. There much better than my $1200 pair. That kill the batteries in one day.If you have small rars. These are perfect.

They recharge, best thing about them
These bigger than life hearing amplifiers stand out over your ears like another flap. They whine very loud even if the earplugs are all the way inside the canal, really no level area of sound.

These are just okay, you get what you pay for and I did not expect perfection.
