Straps a little thinner than expected, but am sure they will be strong enough.

Easy to use
We use these with the grandsons who share a 2-person tent. They prefer to put the sleeping pads in the center of the tent. This coupling kit helps keep the mats away from the sides of the tent. The straps are sturdy but lightweight.

Der Therm-a-Rest Mattenverbinder ist wirklich nützlich, um zwei Isomatten fest zusammenzuhalten. Besonders im Zelt verhindert er die typische Lücke zwischen den Matten, sodass niemand nachts auf dem Boden landet und auskühlt – ideal, wenn man mit einem Kind unterwegs ist. Der Verbinder ist leicht und kompakt genug, um problemlos auf eine Bikepacking-Tour mitgenommen zu werden. Auch das Anbringen und Abnehmen ist schnell erledigt, was morgens sehr praktisch ist. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die beim Campen mehr Komfort und eine zusammenhängende Liegefläche schätzen.

Does the job.
First time using this and it was a breeze to join mats together, even within our right 3 person tent.

Works as advertised
Kept my two klymit sleeping pads together perfectly. I normally toss and turn a lot which causes my sleeping pads to slip everywhere and create sleeping pad gap between my sleeping pads. I wanted to see if this would work cause it was cheaper than buying a double sleeping pad and it was perfect. Super easy to set up and it has a nice little storage bag with it. Which takes up no space at all will be easy to travel with and store away. I think the straps moved at all in the night seemed pretty durable and the price was great. Made it a lot more comfortable to sleep for sure !
