UPDATE: This was malfunctioning when I received it, however, they provided great customer service and they were able to trouble shoot this with me and it now works great!!!! I don't know if I got a faulty one, but this is horrible. I put new batteries in to try it out before I gifted it for Christmas and it only worked for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, it just kept repeating "FM radio mode", however, no radio would play (it was playing okay 5 minutes prior) and even when I changed to a different mode, it just kept repeating "FM radio mode". Then, I turned it off and tried again. I was able to get it into bluetooth mode, however, the static on bluetooth mode was horrible (I've never had that happen before). I tried connecting to my bluetooth stereo and it played the music clear. Then, I tried using the microphone and every time I used the microphone, the music would stop playing. Unfortunately, I will have to return this

We bought this player for our five year old for Christmas. We love it's features. It can play radio, blue tooth, or mp3 from a san disc (not included). The button are large and easy for him to use without breaking. One of the best features is being able to plug it in using an AC adapter and not have to burn through batteries. A few months into use, the AC adapter terminal developed a short. The product was past the Amazon return period, so I contacted the seller directly. They stood by their product. I shipped the player back to them and they promptly replaced it. It was a quick and easy return process. Great customer service! Great to see a company still stand by their product!

I had a two bad experiences in a row. I bought this and had to return it a couple days later because the on/off switch fell into the housing of the device. I ordered another one. When that arrived I put the SD card in it pushed down (gently). Immediately the slot pushed all the way into the housing. Pulled out the SD card and tried again. This time the SD card fell right in. I started the return but got frustrated looking at it sitting there broken (it was my 4 year old Christmas present). I ended up taking it apart and found that the board holding the SD card slot and power switch was not secured correctly. After adding some solder and tightening a couple of screws I put it back together and everything worked. So I ended up cancelling the return and keeping this one. So if everything worked out in the end why did I give it a 1 star? Because I don't think a regular person should have to do what I did to get this thing working. And the fact that it happened twice points to low quality build.

It is ok. We thought this was going to be a fun gift for my 2 YO son but he was scared when he turned on the two mics and the loud noise occurred when the 2 mics interfere with each other. Now he won't go near it without mommy holding it. Other than that the volume buttons work great and I had no problems linking it to my phone via blue tooth to play his favorite daycare music. When the mics worked for a few mins without the interference they worked great. Size: It is a good size for a toddler and easily carried around. Battery life so far is great but than again it is not often used. Quality is good.

Bought this karaoke machine for my 4 1/2-year-old daughter. Was surprised that the speaker actually projects quite loudly. Has almost a chorus effect built-in. If your little one likes to sing, or if you have two that like to sing, this is definitely a great starter machine. Hooked it up to my iPhone via Bluetooth and worked perfectly. Remember requires 4C batteries, so make sure to get those before giving as a gift. Overall would suggest this for anyone looking for a first singing machine.

Once I figured out how to upload the songs (a hundred hours later!), I loved this for my granddaughter. It's sturdy and can take a lot of falls - essential for a three year old's busy day. Customer service is great. Email the company and they get back to you right away. Wish I had done that sooner and I could have saved myself a ton of aggravation. Well-worth the cost but it does not play CDs and it does not record the child singing, two things that some people look for.

I bought this for my grandson's 2nd birthday thinking it might help to keep him settled in bed at night with stories or music. My kids had the FisherPrice cassette player when they were little & I was looking for something kinda like that. My son tells me that it is a favorite toy now. A big hit!! I took a chance as my grandson is younger than recommended. I felt the design would be manageable for him. The only criticism my son had was that the microphone could be better quality. He said you have to have your mouth really close. Maybe not so good where germs could be spread. All in all we are very satisfied.

Pricey, but this 10000% worth the cost. We gave this to our 2 year old on her birthday, and it is, by far, her favorite toy. It was easy to setup, and she quickly learned how to use it. The best part is the microphone has a volume adjustment that works separate from the volume adjustment on the music. Great purchase!
