Good for migraines
I use these when I have a migraine and they work great, no leakage it's a cool patch I don't believe anything is inside them, the coolness last for a while flexible felt pad

Pretty good
I get a lot of headaches and cold helps me, obviously these aren't as great as a real ice pack but it's very cooling and there's only so much a little gel product like this can do, so I am happy for my purchase and we have actually been using them a lot. I keep the packets in the fridge for extra coolness

It works!
I have used them when I have a headache very successfully and I used them on a bruise and my husband used a couple of them on a sore muscle. It is surprisingly effective. It just sticks to your skin and removes without leaving anything on your skin ( painlessly).

Bought these after watching anime
I was watching an anime and a character used one of these and I thought they were genius. These cooling pads are nice, especially for travel because they are so small and easy to pack. It has a gentle cooling feeling, but it's nothing like an ice pack, so don't buy these thinking it will replace that. But if your going to be spending some time in the heat, one of these on your back just under your neck does help cool you down. The adhesive is ok. Not terrible, not great. I find myself pressing it back on from time to time. But it's comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin. Overall, great for travel and assistance keeping cool, but don't think it will replace an ice pack for injuries.

These don’t stick at all, waste of money
Since the Amazon delivery driver tore my package open and this item went missing the first time, I decided to reorder and try again. I shouldn’t have bothered. Are these patches cooling? Maybe? How would I know? They do not stick to the skin at all. I wanted them both for cooling at bedtime and outdoors while working in my garden. Sad to report they didn’t stay adhered for either activity. My advice: Look for a product with better ratings that actually sticks to the skin.

A bit musty smelling.
As a MEGAgraine sufferer I found these a bit lack luster. I usually buy the Be Kooool brand. These did not stick well and they only lasted 3-4 hours, tops. They also had a musty smell, not good when you have migraine induced nausea. The price was great but I will not be buying these again.
