Realistically you can only comfortably wear the main layer with 1 additional layer at a time. I tried all 4 and my heels hung over the top of my timberland boots. Using the main layer with 1 of the other layers it gives me an extra 2 inches or so and you can barely notice you have them in your shoes. It's actually quite comfortable. Wearing all 4 layers is ridiculous and people will easily notice it. I use the other left over layers for my regular converse shoes or dress shoes. Definitely worth the money.

My current orthotics became ineffective and orthopedist advised that foot be in a wedge shoe/elevated position at all times. I purchased these and they fit the bill. They do not fit in most of my shoes. The best fit has been in a pair of high top sneakers and flat boots. All where you cannot see side view of device. This is unlike anything else out there and I like that they can be adjusted by need.

I bought this to insert into my motorcycle boots (Sidici which are calf length. Note that motorcycle boots have extremely limited mobility of foot inside for safety reasons so not sure what I was thinking, needless to say they don't fit (can't even begin to zip my boot). So, I tried them in my other hightop leather shoes knowing that I wouldn't even dream of trying these out in dress shoes (heel would pop out), again extremely uncomfortable largely due to the fact that these seem to be for much narrower feet. I wear a size 10M and these are smaller (in width) in my wife's shoes who wears a 7M (ladies). I cannot figure out a scenario this would be good for but YMMV. I am copying and pasting this same review for SOLE (another 3x in cost product I tried). Wishful thinking on these products.

The lifts were very comfortable to use with rubber boots to give my costume the added height for effect. I deducted one star as the size 9 maximum is a little small for male feet. I knew this when I bought them, so my fault. I fixed that problem by using a Dr Scholes pad on top of them which reduced the height but added the stability for the shoe. Overall I would recommend them, especially for cosplay outfits where you do not need to wear them for extended periods of time.

It's hard to walk on... even just the first layer alone. It seems like it's not wide enough and it's so squishy so the heel of your foot collapses inward so it makes you walk funny. Yea.... not a fan so far.

I think the product is great! Most comfortable insert I’ve found on the market. Had a minor problem with insert and called the costumer service rep. He was very helpful and was able to fix my issue with no problems. They were kind and easy to do deal with. To use the full insert you most likely need to wear big boots but since they are so easy to adjust the size they can for any shoe. I don’t think anyone is wearing 3.5 inch lifts with sneakers. Adjust the height of the insert depending on shoe.

I mean it's totally for women , it does the job , increases your height but my foot came out from the edges which is a pain in the a** , all the layers aren't needed you'll be like wearing heels and it's so uncomfortable, but if you only care about increasing your height it's for you but don't expect anything wow , keeps moving inside the shoe , mine is 10,5 ...... 44/43 .

They work amazing for the price!! Wasn't sure what to expect but they really are awesome. The inserts are pretty comfy, and I was able to put another gel insole on top of them to make it even better. Very solid and stable when worn. Just be careful you don't wear too many of the wedges in the wrong type of shoe or else the top of your foot will get pretty sore rubbing on the top of the shoe.
