I didn't feel any benefit، its just wast of money

I open 2 caps and put into my morning coffee. Within an hour or so I am aware of the effects of the Lion's mane as my mental activity becomes sharp. I feel good and energized telling me the whole blend of mushroom powders is quite potent and effective. I've been drinking mushroom infused coffee from before it was popular in the West when I lived in Asia. This is my new favorite company because the supplements are so good yet still affordable.
