Real nice flavor, I use it to squirt a little on top of grilling salmon, on salads with a squeeze of lemon. Great on a slice of tomato etc. A good quality finishing oil.

This is a solid everyday olive oil. As someone who travels to Italy (and Sicily), it doesn't compare to that stuff. But I do have this on my Subscribe & Save as an everyday olive oil. And the squirt spout does come in handy for easy adding to cooking, blendabiility, etc.

This is a very nice Olive oil, it has a light, bright, taste. I bought this for baking bread and cooking. I have been trying to clean up my family’s diet by using better quality ingredients. This meets my expectations. They give you a harvest date, a bottle date and a use by date. Which most grocery store choices do not. I also like that it comes in a box, no air or light can get to the oil, so less chance of it losing the great health benefits that comes with using quality olive oil. The pouring nozzle works great and hasn’t leaked, which I am grateful for. I definitely recommend as a better choice.

Tried this olive oil yesterday for cooking and it didn't smoke on high heat and also used it as a dressing and it was delicious to the palate. I only wish it was a little lower in price. Overall, I will buy it again.
