Compared to an older Phillips Norelco model I had, this one works MUCH better. However, the one I received is very loud. Using it to trim ear hair bordered on being painful. I was curious how noisy it was and pulled out my phone's NIOSH Sound Level app. It measured 75-80dB, when the trimmer was placed 1 inch from the microphone - similar to placing it at the edge of the ear canal. 80dB is approximately the noise level of typical garbage disposals, so a bit loud. (I made the measurement inside a quiet closet, 25-30db, similar to a quiet rural area.)It works very well, but a quieter alternative would be better.

If you've gotten one of these kind of little clippers at a store and they run real slow and you keep changing the battery and hitting it on the sink to make it work and it drives you nuts, then this is the answer to your prayers! I take the battery out everytime I finish using it and when I put the battery back in it's like brand new. Powerful motor! I keep cutting cause I'm used to it taking so long. I finally just run it once over the spot and I'm done! You won't be disappointed with this one!

I was a bit nervous to use this but as I am getting older it's becoming more of an essential tool. I usually end up frantically rubbing my nose when done using one of these because it pulls the hairs versus cutting them. I was pleasantly surprised with this one I didn't experience that at all. I have used it several times and have yet to see power loss so the battery lasts for quite some time.BONUS: It has a cover, so the nasty little goo hairs don't end up finding their way into a drawer.

Easy to use and does the job of mowing the nasal hair. The led lite doesn’t seem to focus where you need it to focus. There was no cleaning brush included even though packaging says it is. Overall, Good for the price.We’ll see how long it lasts.

I purchased the fullife hair removal tool and tried it out and it worked fine with no discomfort from removing nose hairs. Very satisfied with the product and the cost was very reasonable compared to many other hair removal products. Also the reviews sold me on making the purchase.

Nose hair that sticks out is gross! You don't want that showing EVER and I think it has potential to itch as well. I had been using a pen-shaped nose hair trimmer that I got from walmart and one day when it actually pulled and not trimmed, I was done with it. I got these after looking at the pictures and I made my decision based on the fact that this trimmer is thick and will easy fit in the palm of my hand. It's made of good material and it gets the job done very well. Remember to rotate these while it's in there trimming away for the maximum mowing efficiency.

After I finally grew tired of my Panasonic version of this device pinching my nose, I took a chance and ordered the one under review. It’s turned out to be far better: no pinching, does the job quicker, and seems better constructed. I can’t figure out what good the light is, because it does no good to the person using the clipper, unless they look in the mirror, and even then...? All things considered, this has turned out to be a very good purchase.
