This is truly delicious and Keto Friendly. They all have around 10 grams of total carbs and 5 grams of fiber with very low sugar if any. They all have 7-10 grams of protein. The calories range from 150-180 depending on the flavor for one half cup. I especially like the flavor of the Creamy Ranch, which is on the higher end of the calorie spectrum; the Cheddar flavor is exceptional too and it is only the 150 calories. The protein makes it a very filling snack. The Crunch is excellent! Each one has some type of nut in it as well as the little crunch squares and some low carb pretzels. Sometimes with low carb dieting you really miss crunchiness, this really satisfies all of those cravings!

Just ok, pricey

I have been keto for over 2 years and the things I crave and have a hard time replacing are crunchy savory snacks. I love my basic nuts, but can over eat on those and get burnt out on them. These snack mixes really really help me change it up sometimes!! The flavors are all delicious, though I am a spicy person, so that one is my favorite!! These are also great for taking to get togethers where you know chips and chef mix and such are available and you feel left out. Highly recommend!!

Cheddar is disgusting. Standard is meh. They're all weirdly sugary for no reason. Spicy and ranch are nice but you get one bag of each so not worth i For a "keto" snack to have any sugar at all is weird. The caloric density is too high for protein content this low. Cheddar is disgusting (probably why its half the price of other flavors). Ranch and standard are missable. Spicy is good, but the weird sugar hit ruins it.
