I really like the Fitne products. I had the chance to try one of their other varieties that include white kidney bean extract, lysine, and b-vitamins, as well as one with As well as another one with white kidney bean extract, cactus, antioxidants. They all taste the same: very creamy, sweet, light instant coffee drink. I took to my initial experience with Fitne so much that it has been a regular reorder for me. So when the opportunity came up to try another option from Fitne, I was stoked to give it a whirl. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08WWFVQD1 This one is less about weight loss, and more about skin health with the addition of collagen & vitamin C (which supports collagen). It tastes the same as the other varieties I have tried, so just select the one that you want the supplements for. I already use collagen powder, so I likely wont get this option again. But its good! Know this: It is a very creamy, sweet, instant coffee drink with added supplements. The amount of suggested water is 120 ml, which is FOUR OUNCES of water. It tastes delicious made at 4 ounces, and it can be watered down to 8 ounces and that is about it. What I always do is just add it directly to a cup of coffee. I really like this, but would like it more if it had a more coffee taste to it. I normally drink my coffee black, but this is so pleasantly creamy and sweet that I am really enjoying this added to my coffee. It even tastes good using half a packet. But usually I just add it all in. The other thing I like to do (and I do this with the other variety) is to make an iced coffee with it. I will add it other powdered instant coffee, or use regular coffee. If you blend it with ice and add a touch of caramel syrup, it tastes a lot like a frozen cappuccino (tim hortons if you got them in your area). As with the others, I would give it 5 stars if it had more of a coffee flavor. I otherwise see this as caffeinated sweet creamer. lol
