It really reduced the sugar level of diabetic patients if taken properly with in 3 to 7 days.

Roti's shall come later ,first you just have to knead it .Not easy bro.
My liking shall start after preparing a roti & eating it..Used all tricks suggested by Lokendra sir like warm water and resting the dough.But it is not easy to knead ,roll a decent looking Round roti.Somehow not caring for zig zag looks of roti ,it was cooked and grudgingly enjoyed.Therefore we mixed some other low GI aata in 50 /50 ratio and this techniq clicked..With 27 gms aata ,,the dough ball weighs 44 gms and finally roti weighs 37 gms.Its pretty decent phulka .As such.health benefits shall be known after using this mix for 2 months.By the way my wife has been making Roti's for last 50 years ,so no question of any ifs / buts .. Marketing onslaught won't sell the product for long..Ease of use ,softness take a back seat.It is an honest review ,from the core of my heart..
