Yes they do if you get the right size. I could have gotten a bigger size and would have fit perfect. They hug the leg and cover the bottom. On me they rolled up on the legs.

The listing has a size chart. If you go by the measurements on that size chart, and not your "regular size", they fit "right on the money". So check the chart and you will not have issues. Asian sizing is FAR smaller than American sizing, and can vary between brands. I wear a size 7 panty in US clothes...Asian ones ordered through Amazon I am anywhere between L and XXL...so read their chart in the listing for correct fit!
