The quality of this product and the fact that I have a very sensitive scalp and extremely fine hair works for me. I use the conditioner as well and I like the results better than higher priced products. This will straighten out the curls in your hair better than most shampoos as well. This product does smell nice and not over perfume. Highly suggest trying this product if you have or get sores on your scalp.
