Design flaw
On my first (and only occasion) using this product, my shoe was jammed in the pedal. The gap between the cleat and the adapter platform has a gap that can get locked on the pedal. The gym spin-bike maintenance guy was the only person able to remove the shoe. First use and a certain fail. I don't recommend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
It seems to be good, high quality but for me it was impossible to put off my shoes from the pedals so it was quite risky (actually I had to take my feet out of my cycling shoes). Basically I had to remove them from my shoes to stay alive...Good product Idea no performance results.

I got a set of wellgo cleats which broke within a week with about 70miles a of riding. will not be getting again
