Yoga-Flex MSM Supplement for flexibilty

I bought this product in September so I've used enough I believe to submit a review - my work is quite physical and I've noticed my muscles don't complain and my energy levels are great. Containing additional ingredients such as spirulina, barley grass, chlorella and Vit c and a trace mineral complex - it's perfect, I'm quite sceptical about products I find on line, but Opti-MSM has truly supported the physical demands on a daily basis, noticeably. I've come to order again and guess what.........it's not available! Please bring it back

I have been using this product for about 6 months. I have 6 years of regular yoga practice and muscle fatigue and soreness stopped shortly after I started using this product. I feel more energised, my nails are stronger and I have started growing baby hair. This is a very visible effect I got after 30. MSM has great effects for live detox too and I only got to find out about this because I started wondering how I stopped getting hangovers! I love this product and gifted to my mother and most people I know who are into exercise and healthy living. I am surprised there are only 6 reviews for this product.I also searched for this product for the first time as a YogaBody UK alternative but I can honestly say, you can feel a difference straight away with this supplement.The well-informed and curios will know organic sulphur and vit C works wonders. I have tried MSM from Wholefoods before but I didn't feel it worked as the content wasn't the same. Love this product!

I’ve previously used another product called YogaBody Naturals.... I ordered these instead as the other item isn’t available in the UK and has to be shipped from the US. I looked at the ingredients prior to ordering and they appeared to be very similar ( almost identical ), however I am not sure now after having used the product for a little while. With the one I have used previously, I noticed an almost immediate difference, literally after using for the first time. I felt a little more flexible and loose in the joints straightaway, however have not had the same feeling this time round with these. Will finish them all as they are expensive, however will most likely go back to the other product and pay the international shipping.... a little more expensive overall, and less convenient to order, however worth the hassle for something that ‘feels’ like it works.

I think it is great. I felt the difference after few intakes already. No sides effects, as stomachache I had with others. You can open the capsule and mix the content in your yogurt/smoothie if you find it difficult to swallow.

Love this product, easy on the tummy, great for the recovery from Yoga.
