This upholstery foam is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. The 3-inch thickness and high density provide great support without feeling hard, making it perfect for replacing worn-out cushions. The foam arrived in good condition and expanded quickly to its full size. It cuts cleanly and easily, which made it simple to customize for my project. Once installed, it holds its shape well and feels durable, not flimsy or soft like low-quality foam. If you’re replacing seat cushions or working on a DIY upholstery project, this foam is a great choice. It offers solid support, good resilience, and excellent value. Very happy with the results and would definitely buy it again.

Thick holds shape and form after long hours of use. Firm but comfortable, just what was needed for injury recovery. Needed for neck pillow, legs, arms and back. Works great and can sleep easier. Also used for sitting and exercise rehabilitation. Easy to cut with foam blade cutter. No smell and keeps shape. Great for multiple uses. Loves this. I was surprised when I received the foam sheet, it was condensed so small in a round shape. After carefully opening plastic wrapping not to cut foam. It unrolled into large shape, as advertised. I left it on a flat surface for a couple days to fluff up and become exact straight form before cutting into the sizes I needed. Great quality.

The instructions say it may take a few days to expandto full size - happened much quicker than that for me. The foam comes tightly rolled in a ball that resembles an alien pod like in the invasion of the body snatchers. Do NOT get out a flamethrower, it's just really nice quality open cell foam. If you return it (very unlikely you need to) you will need a bigger box (to use the line from the original Jaws). Very happy with the product.

This review will be unlike others for this product. I am most likely not using it for its intended purpose. We had robins this year decide you use our porch support and downspout as the perfect spot to build a nest and raise their young. The first batch of three eggs hatched and we eagerly awaited their departure from the nest. The first landed in the grass and hopped away. The second landed in the raised flower bed. After a bit of confusion, he managed to find his way out and disappear with his sibling. The third was not so lucky. As the third chick exited the nest, he landed head first on the concrete patio and succumbed to his injuries. Several birds immediately came to his funeral to say their goodbyes before the wife pitched him in the garbage can. But we did not want a repeat. The guilt of somehow being responsible for the death of an infant was nearly unbearable. We removed the old nest (they will not reuse the old one due to bugs and poop) and they immediately built a new one and layed three more eggs. I started searching for a trampoline or something to put under the nest area in case another set decided to nest. Then foam came to mind. This pad was the perfect size to cover the corner of the patio where the nest was built. We made sure we put it down before they fledged. This time, there were no fatalities. All three chicks of the second brood survived. I think mom and dad tired of us though because they did not build a third nest after we removed the second. The foam is not very flame retardant. It was touched by an errant ash from someone smoking on the back porch and it burned right through. If you are using this for in-home furniture, be aware that it does not appear to be fire safe. The padding is quite comfortable and bounces back to its original form easily. I am not sure how it will last over time, but it was the perfect solution for our needs.

I used the foam to make cushions for our dining bench and it worked great and is very comfortable. Overall great product. However, the packaging is beyond intense. It's some crazy combination of saran wrap and shrink wrap and there's layers upon layers upon LAYERS. It look me FOREVER to get it open. You can't use anything sharp because it would damage the foam, and it's sealed SO tightly. I broke several nails trying to rip it open. It's like the Fort Knox of Plastix Wrap. Once you do get it open, it takes the foam at least a day to expand back to its normal size, FYI. Long story short, as good as the product is, I'm tempted to order from another company in the future just so I don't have to deal with this ridiculous packaging again.

Bought this to revive a couch cushion that had gone flat but I'm not yet ready to reupholster. Perfect solution. No objectionable smell. Came in a remarkably small package but reactivated quickly.

High density. Made a bench outta it. Works good for the grandkids

Packaging had me concerned. No issue. Puffed up perfect. No smell. Very pleased compared to other foam from other suppliers.
