I bought this because it locks open for lap use and has an integrated track pad. It also supports up to 3 BT connections. Some notes. Nice aluminum case feels solid. The right locking slider was very stiff out of the box and tore a fingernail. I looked at it from the side and the issue was that the double hinge was not fully open causing the slide pin to bind. If you experience this issue, use your fingers to flatten the double hinge on the first few uses as it will be a bit stiff from the factory. The track pad scrolling is nowhere near as smooth as using the touch screen on an Android device but it does work. I found that I need to have two fingers wider than usual to trigger scrolling as a gesture. The scrolling is also inverted from what you might expect using the touch screen. You will need to make sure your Android device has a link to your Apps on the home screen as swiping the Trackpad does not seem to bring up the App drawer in the Samsung One UI. The Home button does work however. I wish there was a button on the keyboard for the Mic to search. Key travel is good. Keyboard is slightly cramped but workable. It would be awesome if it had some sort of built in tilt function as it sits a little flat. Bluetooth works very well. I paired it with 3 devices-- Tablet, TV, Phone (all Samsung). Switching between them using the buttons on the keyboard works flawlessly. Consult the manual for how to program pairing for different devices. For use with the TV, it lacks the ability to navigate in order to fully replace the remote like a Rii or game controller. You will need to use your remote to open something like Youtube on the TV and then use the keyboard. You will also notice that in-app support for mouse inputs (left and right click) is hit and miss. I'd like to see the price come down under $35 on this as it is still just a peripheral. Nonetheless, if you want the best available portable keyboard to convert a tablet or phone into a semi-functional small form factor PC substitute, this is probably the best you will do currently. Most of these devices use magnets as a locking mechanism which is not ideal for lap use. Decent keyboard, types well for its size. The 3 device Bluetooth selection never seems to work. Just have to reconnect each time i switch devices.

Great build quality with a good, solid feel, and smooth, sleek finish. Good size for portability but the keyboard and touchpad are large enough to be comfortable for extended use and productivity. It has two locks to keep it open/flat and prevent folding when in your lap or other uneven surfaces. If you just want to use the touchpad, the left side can be folded closed to make handling more manageable. I’m mainly using it for a PC running Windows 11 and my iPhone 16 Pro Max; no issues with either. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and easy and hasn’t disconnected (for a single device) so far. However, switching between two devices/connections isn’t seamless. If I try to swap between my PC and iPhone, it only stays connected to the active device and disconnects from the previous device; I have to re-pair it to work on that device again. This may be user error on my part, but the hot swap with the function keys isn’t working for me. Keys and touchpad are responsive; no input errors detected. I have not tested battery endurance, charge time, or max effective distance (my normal use case is around 2-10 feet). Other than the device switching issue, I am very satisfied and would definitely buy it again. Important note: this is my second device. The first one I got kept registering multiple and long key press inputs, the touchpad tracking wasn’t smooth (jittery), and there was noticeable lag on both the keyboard and touchpad. I request and return and exchange through Amazon and received my second one (which the review above is based on) the next day.
