This is a sturdy toy snowboard for backyard or neighborhood sled hill use. We did not have issues with friction as one reviewer mentioned. I can see how it may delaminate over time, but so far so good.

When used with sandboard wax (unfortunately not sold on Amazon) it works great for sandboarding and the way the straps are designed it allows you to be completely detached when you fall (less risk of injuries). Very comfortable when barefoot. Very sturdy. Not high end for a snowboard, by any means, but good quality for beginners or fun occasional use.
