Love my Aqua Tru water purifier. These filters are so easy to install and remove. Took them a while to get here, but they work great.

I ordered the wrong size filter replacements for our caraffe syle AquaTru system in February, did not realize it until late May so the Amazon return window has expired. I contacted this company direct through their website and they were able to take my return with an Amazon credit refund, also sending me a shipping label to send back the wrong filters. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!! By the way, love our AquaTru filter system in our home and traveling with our RV!
