Fantastic sinus relief
My Mum has been using this, quite regularly, for several years, and really finds the benefit. She particularly likes the fact that it is 100% natural (micro-defused) seawater, and not some chemical formula based substance. She suffers with her sinuses a lot. This is so natural that it can be used daily, 2 - 6 times a day. She really finds the difference when using this product, it eases her sinuses and doesnt cause any side-effects. She highly recommends it to other sufferers. PS Multi Buying from Amazon is so much cheaper than pharmacies/chemists too! I hope you find this review helpful .

Essential for Hay Fever
Absolutely essential. My seasonal allergies have really stepped up a gear this year and basically my nasal congestion starts around April and doesn’t finish until October 😩 I use this spray religiously. Makes a huge difference. On the days where I’ve run out or forgotten to use it, I notice a big difference. Ideal for anyone with hay fever or sinus issues in general I think. Also good at preventing colds too, which is handy.

With everyone around me poorly over Christmas this little canister may have saved me from the germs taking hold , I normally use 1 x daily around this time of year but when family members started getting lurgy I upped it to twice a day. I do find the spray push down can be difficult still even though I use it a lot , I want to push straight down but you have to do it at more of a angle so find I have to spray before putting into nostril , so miss out on a good few shots because I have to try , Just make sure you read the instructions as you have to blow your nose after , I’ve had no irritation inside nostrils . D

Effective and safe to use!
I find that this product provides excellent relief from congestion. As it is sterilised sea water it avoids the harsh chemicals that can cause complications with regular use.
