Because it does not come with pump. In pictures it shows with pump and it is not mentioned in description that it will not come with pump.

Very good product for a deep cleanse
But can’t use every hair wash and makes the scalp over dry and flaky. Sometimes makes my hair sticky even after a thorough rinse.

NO PUMP!!!
Although the picture has a pump, the bottle doesn’t come with one and it doesn’t tell you there is not a pump included. It’s very misleading!!!

Se pump missing
Doesn’t come with the Se pump, even the pictures shows the shampoo with the Se pump all over. The Se pump costs £5, so I guess is a bit of a scam

Meine Frau hat seit langem mit Schuppen zu kämpfen. Sie hat schon vieles probiert, bei manchen Schampoos wurde es nur zeitweise besser, bei manchen sogar schlimmer. Dann hab ich dieses Schampoo gefunden und bestellt. Seit dem nutzt sie es und es ist besser geworden.
