They are vented up at the top and bottom.

Can you see at night with them or do you have to change lenses to see at night?

These are much smaller than described and definitely opened. There is a previous label that says do not accept of black label is damaged from Oakley, there was a white sticker on top. We decided to check them and happy we did.. might be returning these. We shall see. Happy I didn't wait till Christmas morning, too late to reorder now..
