Unfortunately the box itself was a little loose on one side but I glued it together. I am storing my son's high school graduation gift in it, an old watch for him. Perfect for that. The box looks great and protects the watch well. Love the little pillow - that is well crafted. The damage I fixed may have come from being shipped in a bag and not a box so it got smashed a bit in transit but no way to prove that cause it was in a mailing bag. Amazon should really take a bit more care in shipping.

Immediately the hinge broke as I tried to close it, the outer material is peeling off and the cardboard inner isn't attached to anything so just pops out. Waste of money.
