Is it ok to add pop and glaze when using this product?

I would think so (while using the lid always), although i haven't added anything apart from 1 tbsp vegetable oil sometimes. My only struggle is i can only pop 50% all the time and the rest gets wasted 😖

Is the lid meant to fit once uncollapsed or to sit inside the bowl?

The lid sits inside and rises with the popcorn. I love mine, it’s so easy to use.

Can the kernel pop dry or you need to add oil or butter

Yes can pop dry no problem. That's what we do. It pops quicker too.

Can it be used in a microwave without a turntable?

Yes. My microwave does not have one. Tiny bit of oil and salt, 3 minutes, great popcorn!
