do they seal the eyes from the outside air well? I suffer with hayfever and want to avoid as much pollen coming in as possible.

They cover quite well,brought for hubby and daughter,fit on glasses well,neither suffer from hay fever,but i would have thought they would help more than normal sunglasses.

These glasses comfortably fit over my own glasses which are substantial in size, 15cm width 4.5cm depth 16cm in length I am delighted with mine and highly recommend them Hope this help

What colour are the lenses

The pair I ordered have black lenses, but from memory there was a choice of colours.

Could I wear these all night asleep?

No. that would be silly. they'd be uncomfortable and you'll break them. You want a eye mask in a soft fabric like satin or better yet silk as that's good for your eyes and helps avoid puffy eyes in the morning.
