Mine have fallen off shower wall. How do I fix this?

The shower handles have to be on a very smooth surface. If your shower has tile the tiles have to be larger than the handle to avoid grout lines. When applying the handles you have to really push very hard to force out the air and then lock them in place. Once in place check on them weekly.
