Part Quality
The mechanical part failed within two months of installation. The flow switch is no longer able to disengage correctly with flow. We attempted to service and repair the switch in the field; however, this did not resolve the issue. The original component that this part replaced remained in service for over 11 years, whereas the replacement has failed after only two months of operation. There is a noticeable difference in the quality of the material used in the replacement part, which appears to be significantly inferior to that of the original component. I am bow required to repurchase the same part. The orginal part and the one on the photo shown is Blue and the one sent is Black. The Orginal part the flow switch is rivited to the metal holder the new one is held by a nut and bolt configuration. The quality is much lower. Just be mindful when purchasing
