Pkging etc was fine. Product Horrible. 7 SEVEN out of 10 tapes were defective. Expecting refund on 7 tapes. CAUTION Dont EVER wait to use blank tapes - 2 bad order exper so far. Open and TRY each tape as soon as you get them. Dont get stuck with BAD product. The return window on any blank vhs should be a minimum 90 days.
