Is this vegan? Does it come from Lanolin/sheep?

The package states these are vegetarian drops, so not from sheep lanolin.

Can it be used for child aged 4 & 8 years ?

I wouldn’t use the 4,000 IU for kids that age. Probably the 1,000 IU. You could always increase the dosage when they’re sick if you want.

Does this have “natural mixed tocopherols” in it? And if so, how is it sourced?

The natural mixed tocopherols is sourced from soy, however, the soy proteins have been removed and it is considered soy free.

Does the bottle come filled to the top? I’m asking because I received a bottle elsewhere that looks as if 1/4 of the product has been used

This is filled as intended. The bottle will NOT be completely filled as it is a 15 ml bottle filled with 10.3 ml of vitamin D3 liquid. The 10.3 ml will fill about 2/3 of the bottle.
