Q: Did not work out of the box. Do we need to add hydraulic fluid? Is there a procedure of where and how to add the fluid and remove the air?

The jack does not work or the pump does not work? The jack is just an external device and does not need oil. The 180 hand pump has its own oil, unless the oil leaks out. To add oil, unscrew the black knob on the rear bracket of the pump and pour oil into it. It is enough to fill up to about 2/3, no need to exhaust air. Q: Is there a bleed valve for removing air that will inevitably get into the system?

Hi, this hydraulic hand pump does not have a bleed valve, the CP-700 (B06XGRV69X) has a exhaust valve at the end.

Q: what is the maximum pressure of the pump? (relief valve psi)

There is none that I'm aware of. If the jack gets maxed out, the handle will get too difficult to compress.
