My back started hurting first 16+ years ago when I was on bedrest with my first child and my water broke at 23 weeks. It's gotten progressively worse since that time. I've had a gastric bypass and cannot take NSaids, I'm allergic to all available narcotics. I now have degenerative disk disease in my SI joint and neck, as well as arthritis (most joints including neck and back) and spondylolisthesis. I figured I would just have to be in pain for the rest of my life. I had strep when this product arrived in the mail. I started antibiotics the same day, and when my back barely hurt the next day I thought maybe it was a fluke or antibiotics. It has been over a month now and I've ordered another huge bottle of it just to be CERTAIN I don't run out. I'm so relieved and thankful that it works so well for me. I'm giving samples to friends with back problems all the time. It is life changing for me. My back will still be tired and a little sore some nights, and I do overdo it at times and it will still hurt, but within 24 hours the pain decreases and I'm back to my "new normal". Hallelujah!

If you have knee pain this is your new best friend. I have had recurring meniscus issues and I take this to reduce the friction and allow the swelling to reduce and the healing to start. My knee was locked up and I could not move it. I got this from Amazon 1 day delivery because I didn't want to wait for 4-5 days from Costco due to the pain I was experiencing. Less than 24 hours later I took 2, that night I took 2, the next morning I took 2 and by the next evening I was able to move my leg back 30 degrees. by 48 hours I was able to completely bend my knee back albeit with a little pain. I can now walk with out a severe limp after 3 days and I know the natural body healing is kicking in. Thank you for carrying this product.

I reordered this item because it has a larger strength than what I could find at a store and now since I can't find it in any store, ordering it through Amazon is much more convenient. Most importantly it helps the pain in my joints. The only thing wrong with it is that it's a bit greasy. The previous bottle had a capsule that had broken, otherwise I am satisfied with it's results and will continue to use it.

I actually purchased them by mistake. I was looking for glucosamine/chondroitin softgels for my mom because she hates the huge and hard to swallow tablets, when I came across this. Since it had shown up on a search for g/c, I thought that's what it was, so I purchased it and sent to her. Well, she calls me a couple of days ago and says she's running out of them and wants me to order more, but to make sure it's the softgels one. Then she starts looking at the bottle and the ingredients, and says she can't find glucosamine, or chondroitine, written anywhere. I tell her I'll look into it when I get home and hang up. By the time I get online from home and look at my order history, I realize that what I sent her was not really what I thought it was. I went ahead and did some research on Celadrin and found out that it's supposed to be better than g/c. So, I called mom and asked her if she wanted me to send more of this or theg/c. When I explained that my research pointed out that Celadrin not only works better and faster, but that it's also supposed to repair damaged joints through continued use, she said she wanted me to send more of it. She also said that the g/c works while she's taking it, but that the relief was gone shortly after she ran out. It really sounds like this is a great option for people with joint issues, she is really pleased with it and asked me to send a couple more bottles to her!

I've used this forever and, while it's impossible to know if a joint supplement is really working, I'm a 69 year-old runner with no knee or ankle problems, so I'll keep taking.

This product is amazing I have recommended it to my friends that have joint pain. My one friend said she couldn't move if it wasn't for this product and she is a landscaper. My husband had knee surgery years ago and it was aching so bad at night that it hurt just to have a sheet over it. He is walking and sleeping fine now with minimal pain, and no limping. When I started on Celadrin my hip was very sore and it would catch when I walked sometimes and I couldn't sleep on it at night. I don't have any pain in it now. My other friend hurt her back and Celadrin really helped with the inflamation. I prefer the regular to the inflamaway but they both really work well. We are all in our 60's and 70's.

I've done Extensive Research in helping our dog overcome subsequent torn ACL's. I recently read an article about CMO (http://www.i-care.net/cmo.htm) and purchased this product. I began giving it to our Australian Shepherd with his morning and evening meals and by the 4th day we did not have to put him into his double WoundWear A-Trac brace to go for his short morning walk. We've kept him on it for a full week and his improvement is remarkable. All our neighbors that have seem him out and about without his brace have asked what we've done. Besides a special diet, we are also giving him some other products that we got here on Amazon but the most dramatic improvement has been this last week when we began the Celadrin. He also has Cushing's Disease (which some people think may have predisposed him to these torn ACL's) but that's being addressed separately and that product wouldn't help ACL's. Since it's worked so well for him, I'm on it now, too!
