I've been using this cleaner for over 10 years. I make beaded jewelry and when I'm complete with a project, I clean the piece with this system. It works great! I know the bracelet, necklace, earrings are as clean as they can get. I also use it for my personal, precious jewelry. I highly recommend this product.

Product did a decent job on cleaning gold necklacs and rings. It was less tha ideal on removing tarnish on silver. Had to supplement cleaning with Wright's silver cream to really brighten up silver neck;aces. Bought this with the idea to make cleaning silver jewelry easier and for that reason I can only rate it as average
