Great carrier easy to fix and adjust on car and feel confident to put bike on and get out and about. Recommended.

Instructions were terrible on a badly printed piece of paper. The bolts don't match the screws I got. Had to bend the metal strap holders and when it was finally setup the hooks didn't fit in my car (Peugeot 3008). One of the rubber parts of the hooks split from trying to get it to fit and scratched paint off the rear door. This is going to the bin.

When I was trying to put this together (the instructions weren't great), I noticed that the holes on the 2 pieces of metal that attach the straps were not aligned meaning that I wasn't able to push the bolts through. I tried to maneouvre the pieces of metal so that they did align but then I thought if the metal moves, how do I know this is safe to put a bike on. So I decided not to take a chance on using it and purchased something better. After contacting this company to ask for a refund, I was firstly told that if I had bent the metal then they wouldn't accept it back. After arguing that this is a manufacturing fault and that they shouldnt have sold it in that condition, I was told to return it at my own cost and they would only refund if it was in the condition it was sold in. I have reported this company to Amazon and I would advise to stay away at all costs
