I recently had a second breast lift, and my doctor recommended using this product for to help prevent scarring. It also says this can be used on old scars. My current surgery scars are healing beautifully. Better than the first time. It's only been 6 weeks since I've used them and the scars are so thin. I really believe once they fully heal, the scar will be almost unnoticeable. I also started to use it on a 4-yr old extended tummy tuck scar and I can really see a lot of improvement. The scar is lightening up and in some areas has almost faded to white. I am so impressed. I like the rolls of tape because I can cut them to the length desired and not be stuck with a lot of small pieces. I cut the 1.6" tape down the center and get double the amount of tape, besides my scars are thin. For the adhesive, they stick very well. I'll be honest, I don't leave them on for just a few hours. I leave them on until my next shower. The box says they can be washed and reused, but I don't feel they stick as well after one wash. I have accidently showered with these on and they stayed on. I have been amazed with how well these silicone scar sheers have worked. My sister said she tried a similar product that she bought from the big box store and didn't care for them because they didn't really stick. I believe it's because of the brand she purchased. Though I have seen other brands that may be less expensive, I'm afraid they will not work as well. So, I stick to this ELAIMEI brand.

It took me a long time to finally write this review but I am truly so thankful I found this product. I will attach images with time stamps but essentially I had a small cyst on my nose that was not going away. I ended up going to the dermatologist who SLICED IT OFF leaving a massive disgusting red scar on my face. It was so embarrassing and horrible for months. I was just looking for something to cover the scar, I didn’t think this product would CURE my scar but within a month the cyst and scar were completely gone and my nose is normal again. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am!

This scar tape is exactly what I was looking for! The roll format is super convenient — I can cut it to the exact size I need, which means no waste and a perfect fit every time. It sticks well and stays in place throughout the day, even during movement or light sweating. It can be a little tricky to use because it is very sticky. The skin-colored tone blends in nicely, making it very discreet. I’ve been using it on a recent surgical scar, and it’s already helping with redness and flattening the area. It’s soft, flexible, and doesn’t irritate my skin, even with daily use. Overall, this tape is a great value and a must-have for anyone looking to manage scars effectively while keeping things low-key and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing product. Yes the only reason why I didn’t give it. Five stars is because the sticker part doesn’t stay on the body that well but if you can get it to stay on for a long time, then it’s amazing. It is a soft silicone and it’s very delicates. It is not easy to get the bandage part off for usage. It does heal and improve marks on the skin or burns. The best part about this product is that does not come in one strip. It becomes in sections that you can rip off and then if each of those sections are too big for the desired area that you are targeting, you can always cut it and make it to the size of your liking.

I liked this tape so much after trying it for the first time that I immediately ordered four more rolls. I’ve been using it regularly ever since. The tape is thicker than I expected, which I actually like because I can easily split it into two narrower strips when needed. It also has perforated lines, so it’s very easy to tear by hand without having to use scissors. Another thing I really appreciate is that it’s gentle on the skin. Since it’s medical tape, it comes off cleanly without leaving adhesive residue, marks, or irritation on my skin. I’ve purchased a total of five rolls so far, and I would definitely buy it again.

I’ve tried several different silicone tapes. The first box I got of these tapes, it was super great! It worked perfectly and was easy to wash and reuse. When I ran out, I bought a second box. (5/5 stars) The second box was AWFUL! (0/5) There are tiny perforations that allow you to tear the tape apart easily. In this set, it seems as if the glue was too sticky, so when you removed the tape from the plastic, it kept loosening the perforations. When applied to my body, it would constantly end up ripping and separating! I started having to reinforce the weak points with a second layer. It works sometimes, but will sometimes still come apart under the second layer, which makes me worry it could decrease the efficacy of preventing keloids. Honestly, it’s super annoying to deal with! I averaged the score to 3, bc your experience really depends on what box you get.

I owe it to anyone recovering from surgery to share this. I had both carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel surgery, and I was desperate to find something—*anything*—that would help my scars heal smoothly and reduce that tight, tugging feeling that comes as the skin closes up. I tried a few options before landing on these silicone scar sheets, and honestly, I didn’t expect much. But after just a week of alternating between these and silicone scar gel (one day sheets, one day gel), I started noticing a difference. The area around my incisions softened, the redness began to fade, and the scars themselves started flattening out. What really impressed me was how these sheets stayed in place even through movement—no peeling up, no awkward corners curling like some cheaper ones I’ve tried. They’re also surprisingly comfortable. I was worried they’d feel sticky or irritating, but they’re smooth, breathable, and even kind of invisible under clothing. I could wear them during the day or sleep with them on at night without noticing they were there. After each use, I just rinse them gently with water and let them dry—super easy to reuse. My only issue is the silicone “pilling” that happens on the edges. Little balls of silicone accumulate on the edges. But it’s a small price to pay. If you’re healing from hand or arm surgery (or honestly any kind of surgery that leaves a visible scar), these sheets are a quiet powerhouse. The results aren’t instant, but they *are* real. Mine went from firm, raised lines to soft, barely noticeable marks within weeks. I went into this just hoping to avoid thick, shiny scars. I came out of it genuinely impressed—and a lot more confident about showing my arms again.

I was recommended this tape by my plastic surgeon. I am 3 weeks out from my surgery and my surgeon released me to start using. The first week of use and my scars have softened in color to a light pink. They also are flat. I did as recommended I started at wearing tape only 5 hours a day for a couple days. Then I slept in the tape for 8 hours and left on for 11. Now I wear tape 24 hours a day.

Using it on my fresh scar and I think it's working even better than a silicone scar gel (I've been using a silicone scar gel weeks before trying this). It is indeed reusable after washing it with warm water and drying it (even after 3-4 washes). But I think hygiene-wise, better to use it once or twice and then discard it.

Ive tried using all kinds of scar creams to help with my deep laser burn scar, but nothing works like this scar tape. Ive been using this for 2 weeks straight and I am already seeing a huge progress in my scar (it has flattened significantly and its less pigmented). Give this product a go but be patient since it took me 2 weeks to notice results.
