Really was surprised on how much cramping my jaw would get. Light soreness showed me that it was actually working. The only negative thing I could say about this product is I have a chip in my tooth that my dentist had previously “fixed” but after using this product it removed the cover that the dentist used to fix the chip and now I can’t stop rubbing my tongue over it. Wasn’t expecting that to happen but it’s not a huge deal. I believe if I wouldn’t have stopped using the product I would have seen huge results but I’m human, my mind and time wonder on too other things as time goes by.

Really like these goofy jaw exercisers; they work well to exercise your jaw, and the "program" recommendations were spot-on for me. Only issue is that the heavy-duty one has started to split at the top on the inside of the hole cut-out; this means that it's probably not providing the same resistance that it was at first. Still a great product, though.

Before I bought this product I used an exerciser that went to the back of my jaw. I bought these figuring it would exercise a different muscle and it did. I felt very sore after one day of use. The light green was too easy for me so I used the dark green one first. After some time with the dark green, I got so sore that the light green was actually much harder. So, I enjoy having the light green because of that. I do not use that case that comes with the product or the string that can attach to the jawsizer. It comes with one string so it makes you choose which one will be your primary use, which I don't do. Good product...

Probably not the best instrument to improve your jawline if you have TMJ. I started to notice that the unaffected side of my jaw started to click after using this. Additionally, I would be concerned about growing your temporalis muscle. I noticed that this product would engage this muscle and make my head slightly bigger so be careful. Also, I was concerned about my teeth shifting if I continued using this so I would be sure that this won’t affect anything

Girlfriend made fun of me when i bought. Now she gets upset when people comment on my how skinny i look. Have been diet and working out but the Jawzrsize have majorly shaped my face.

I know the title doesn't sound real, but it honestly is. I partially dislocated my jaw last September and went to my chiropractor. He worked on my jaw and recommended using Jawzrsize for therapy and to correct any imbalances in my jaw muscles. I started using it right away and after a few days I realized I hadn't had a headache in a while. I am 46 and have dealt with tension headaches my entire life and get at least one a week, if not a couple each week. I was very skeptical that the jawzrsize was the cure. But I have faithfully been using it 4 to 5 days a week for over 8 months now and I've had TWO headaches in that time period! I even chewed through one and they sent me a replacement! Jawzrsize has honestly changed my life. No more dealing with weekly headaches!

Seemed ok at first, but be warned, it made one of my teeth sore while using it, so I stopped and put it away. The next day I noticed that one of my bottom teeth (the sore one) had actually moved inward towards the inside of my mouth. It was my bottom canine tooth. I will say that my bottom teeth are tight due to my wisdom teeth pushing them together, but I wouldn’t have figured that using this product would actually cause my tooth to move inward towards my mouth. Buyer beware.

Hello, I am not happy with the product as I find it creates stress on both teeth and gums. It has started to rub on the Inside of my top gums and has started to make them receed. It is also pushing teeth apart and ruinging the job braces did for me years ago. I would like a full refund please. thank you
