Works ok, doesn’t stay cold long

I wake up with my face puffy. I take this out of the freezer in the morning, and I can visibly see a reduction in puffiness. It stays cold for about 10 minutes, fits my face perfectly thanks to the velcro straps on the back, and has a nice, soft lining between my skin and the cold beads.

This face mask and eye mask is awesome and that’s exactly what I need especially after having sleepless nights with my babies. I use it cold for headaches and puffy eyes, and warm when I just want to relax. It fits well, feels comfortable, and actually works. Super easy to use and great quality. Totally worth it!

It works - the beads when cold from the freezer don't really squeeze into the temple and top lip area is all. Has a nice soft backing to it that touches your skin - which is comfortable, just the coldness doesn't last for a full 15 min and it takes a while to feel the cooling on your skin as desired, so i used it backwards yesterday and today which is a huge help- just again is good for maybe 10 min. But also when it's cold its too stiff to really conform to parts of your face (outer sides, forehead, chin - it can but not all at once when frozen) and then when you press it, it gets warmer lol. I will be looking for a different one, but was nice to use for a few days when rosacea flared up due to being outside for work a few days. Before that i made a tinfoil mask and rubbed a little ice all over it and it keeps cool for very long but its tinfoil lol not very cozy X-D It's not the worst and not the best. Oh - and if you have long hair def put it up or even cover it bc the velcro in back WILL get it!

I ordered this face mask on May 17th and received it on May 19th. I first used it on May 21st and everything worked well. I actually really liked it. However, during my second use tonight, I heated it in the microwave for 1 minute and 5 seconds. Before the time was up, I heard a popping sound and when I checked it, the mask had burst open and was completely ruined making it unusable. I also noticed that the clear plastic material seemed very thin, which may have caused the issue. This was very disappointing, especially after only two uses. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this product. See images

Perfect for relaxing after a long day

My wife has been getting hot flushes in the evening for a few years, and she finds it quite upsetting. I thought it was all over her body, and I was looking for cooling vests, but then she said it was just her face. So I got this cooling mask to try, and we were both amazed that it works! We think it must be the cold shock of putting this over her face that jolts her out of the hot flush. She just needs to have it on for a couple of minutes for the hot flush to pass. Absolutely amazing. The mask has a soft velvety finish on the inside so is comfortable to put on. I can't believe that something so simple works so well. We keep it in the freezer so it's immediately ready to use if she gets another episode. Honestly, the amount of distress she has suffered over the years, and this mask has fixed it. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!!!
