Perfect for meeting calls all day long, and this open ear helps me get through the day without causing any ear pain. Pros: - 1. Product and quality wise it is good but working wise it is not at all good. Reason for saying like this is while using in noisey area your voice will get suppress and outer voice will be listened by the other party and it is not serving the purpose what I used to buy it for. Battery life is okay after 1 charge maximum 6-7hrs after using it continuously. Noise cancellation feature is of no use in this Earsafe product.

It's features are awesome, the multi-point pairing has never been more impressive than it is on this product. The quality is good enough, a version of this that spent a little more on quality would be perfect. The microphone for a wireless headset is great, and it picks up even the smallest of voices. I swap between devices a lot, and frequently, Sometimes I take calls for work, and am the host of regular meetings, my voice is clear even on those tired days to the person I'm talking to, and I can pick up my other device and just keep going without the volume being overbearing, and without delays.

A good product as compared to other far more expensive brands. I wanted a light-weight device that was neither over-the-head, nor in-ear. Had been searching for reasonably priced products in this form factor, but very few that were below Rs. 5000. I discovered this product by chance, and bought it after reading a few of the positive reviews. It is sundar, swast, and hopefully will also be tikaau. :-) Very clear hearing experience on calls, as well as when watching videos on the mobile or laptop. It's comfortable on the ears even for hour-long calls or podcasts. You will need to take them off for a few minutes after long hours of wearing them. Of course, it's not for the connoisseurs who demand excellence in such products.

In terms of sound/music and Mike quality is good. 6/10 Base is not booming but still good 6 out of 10. But stop pairing with phone within half an hour of use, not good. It happens sometime but Scariest part is if u want replacement u have to send it to supplier till they receive. Not happy to do it so return the set. It is a air/bone conduction head set so it will never give base like in ear buds or headphones.

It is suitable only for calls, not for listening to music I am using this since three days and notice below points Noise cancellation: 5⭐️ it’s perfect for official calls, even if some one shouting next to you, it wont be audible to the opposite person, noise cancellation is perfect. Connectivity: 5⭐️ Bluetooth connectivity is perfect, after pairing, once you switch this headset on, it connects both mobile and laptop at a time. Battery Life: 3⭐️ since four days of continuous use it got switched off on 4th day night. Battery seems to be decent. Fit: 4⭐️ it is perfectly fitting and sits very well even if we are wearing spectacles. Little pain after continuous wearing. But negligible. Functionality: 5⭐️ over all it is a perfect product if you are working from home. You can purchase it without any second thought, in my city Chennai I have service center, please check in your city if you have service center before buying this product.

Quality of the Mic is extremely bad, the moment I plugged in this product, all colleagues and friends I’m calling had TT roubles listening to me. I called up Amazon Customer care even they had trouble listening to my complaint I talked using these earphones. I think most of the guys here are writing their reviews based on the sounds quality that u are hearing which is good, but is TALKING is your bread and butter pls don’t but this product. When tested on my laptop, the system > mic > input is not reflecting the boom Mic, it’s just taking sound from the laptop default audio, there is no way this Mic is working as desired, as u move away from laptop it sounds for the listener fades away. It’s obviously a no go for ppl who earn their crust by talking.

I brought this headset especially for communication (skype/zoom/teams) as I already have NG Earsafe w/o extra mic earlier. A WARNING of caution though i.e if you have an existing bluetooth 4.x or any other transmittor/chip to which you are connecting this headset then you might face jittering issues like I faced when I tried connecting with my older laptops with bluetooth 4 connectivity. Use only Bluetooth v5 or Bluetooth 5.3v minimum for its connection. Mic performance is good in this price range and I am able to communicate happily. Its range is limited max of another room as it's of bluetooth v5.2 and not v5.3 but still a good range overall. I would love if NG can have it zoom and skype certified as that would give us additional buttons to toggle mute from device itself. As it's an open ear so don't expect this headset for music performance but you can use it for a while. Its main USP is teams communication and proabably podcasts too. As its open year to its must for summers as no sweating around ears. Battery is good so far, works for 3 hours minimum so far. Another good thing is it's bluetooth 5.2. I would be happier more if NG could upgrade this to bluetooth v5.3 as there a big signal range difference between v5.3 and v5.2. I already have bluetooth v5.3 transmitter. I am hopeful NG will look into it for future versions. It's rain proof as well as have tested in a little rain during bike (for short route). Overall good ratio of price to performance for people who are looking in this budget range. Will recommend NG again to launch a bluetooth v5.3 asap.
