In my old country Ackee and Saltfish is the National Dish. This salted cod is one of the best that I have eaten in several decades, and I am proud to recommend it as a top quality food. Fat, chunky, thick cod stakes! Yum, Yum. It is also delicious with cabbage, onions and tomatoes. Make sure to soak it for about 48 hours. Bon appetite.

Its not the first time I bought this cod fish salted and dry and I am always very pleased with that.It is very well prepared and tasty. If you love dry and salted code fish than I highly recommend this product.

This salt fish is nice, you just have to boil it 2x to make sure the salt is drained out. Then cook it and it’s tasty and fresh. It doesn’t curl up. The only criticism was with the delivery and I would just advise them to check carefully when it comes to customer’s personal information and make sure the product is delivered to the right customers. Due to data protection.

Very good bacalhau, nice thick portion, perfect for Bacalhau a Gomes Sa, minimum waste. Shall defo support this seller again.
