Q: Do they tear apart as you are wiping your booty??

By far the worse wipes I’ve ever used. They’re hard to get out of the package they tear before they even come out of the package and you have to use so many not really worth it. buyer beware.

Q: Can my baby use this product a lot?

BAD idea. It would hurt a baby’s skin. These are not only rough but also burn.
