Brilliant after care
I am delighted with my sewing machine. After nine months I did have a problem with my footpedal but it was sorted out very straight forwardly even amidst the problems of the coronavirus. Communication was great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a sewing machine from this company.

Don’t spend more than £800
This is a classic style mechanical Bernina and a great workhorse but you should still be able to pick one up for a reasonable price. Anyone charging more than £1000 is ripping you off.

The machine arrived within two days and in perfect condition. The build quality is as you would expect from this world leading machine. It is smooth, quiet and impressive. This model is not electonic and is easier to use as a result. Our last Bernina wast not new at purchase and has given 30 years superb service and we expect this replacement to do the same.
