The rough side is the cleaning side then when dry I buff with the smooth side

Does it scratch and can it be used on a sunny day on windows?

It definitely doesn’t scratch, it’s very good but no cloth will work on windows with the sun shining on them as once they’re warm any liquid will smear

Do you use it wet or dry?

I use it wet and warm, tiny bit of fairy in a large sink full of warm water, truly is a miracle cloth, no streaks and super fast to use.

Can you machine wash it?

Yes as long as you don’t use fabric conditioner or 2 in 1 washing powder/liquid.
